Both Women and Men of today have a constant battle with their body image and how they look in comparison to everyone around them, predominately Celebrities. I won't lie, I too worry about my body size and image from time to time when I've had a week of not caring and eating what the hell I want.
Body image is important to most people, I mean everyone wants to look perfect. But what is perfect? No-one really knows! In my eyes there's no such thing as perfect, everyone has their own views and opinions on what and who they find attractive!
Present catwalk models are all seen to be tall, attractive, skinny and in general 'perfect'. But are they? Or do the clothes just fit 'perfectly' on their frail figures? In my personal opinion I don't think that you have to be all of those things to be the perfect image.
