wigs

Scratch wigs are a good quality synthetic wig. Unlike real hair wigs, the scratch wigs cannot be washed or styled with any heat as this will cause the hair to melt or frizz.
The wigs that we used in our practical seminar were ranged at £25-£45 and were easy to work with. The lace wigs are a lot more expensive being 100% human hair. These wigs are good as you are able to style with heated appliances, and they can be washed after use. The lave wigs cost from around £1000-£1500 and take a lot of care.

I think I will use a wig in one of my final looks because I want to create the short black bob that was popular with the women in Berlin. This look tended to be popular with the slim boyish figured Cabaret dancers.
Below are some images of myself preparing the hair and fitting a wig onto my models head. I really enjoyed doing this and think it'll be a good effect for one of my final shoots.
