I chose to create two moodboards rather than one so that I could allow myself to research more fully into both 'Goodbye to Berlin' and the general diversity which is displayed in the media and catwalks focusing more on the age, gender and race of the models.
There are two directions that I could go throughout this project, one leading more towards the characters in the book Goodbye to Berlin, and the other would be finding more out about the faults of the industry and why catwalk models are so much alike with a minute amount of diversity. Rather than choosing only one route to research, I am going to look into both so that when I come around to designing my final looks I will have a wide variety of knowledge and inspiration to relate back to.
